Building winning teams is what Robert loves to do. He has built, enabled, and led teams from the battlefield to the boardroom, in the most demanding of circumstances: from multinational teams in the UN during the genocide in Rwanda; to combined government/civilian/defence teams to tackle national crisis; or bomb disposal teams in the UK. His teams have always delivered. He applies this experience as a coach, trainer and facilitator to help organisations develop and build winning teams.
